From September 12th to 13th 2018, Einstone presented itself with its entire retail portfolio at the Dmexco 2018 in Cologne. Launched by the Federal Association of the Digital Economy, the world’s leading trade fair is the central meeting place for all important decision-makers from digital economy, marketing and innovation. Prio developed the communication concept. The agency elegantly solved the touch points from analogue to digital and made it possible to experience it creatively through the media selection of the presentation. The mobile Einstone application for end user as well as the data-based solution for the shop owners, were very well received. Trend in user experience meets digital marketing for retail.

The digital Lara and the digital John run through the shopping experiences of tomorrow on two media columns as life-size end consumers. Each media column was linked to an iPad, allowing the shop owners to see the benefits of Einstone technology in sync with the customer journey. The Location Based Services and their individual added value could be experienced playful through the short stories along the customer journey for both target groups.
In the end, the message was clear: the added value for the consumer becomes added value for the retailer.
