The Prio Delegate Handling Tool was developed by prio technology for prio event management based on many years of experience in participant management for corporate events and conferences. The need of several customers to easily handle complex registration procedures, and yet incorporate and customize their own accommodation and documentation strategies in a modular manner, led us to create the optimal online participant management tool.
Important features in invitation management include, among others, ticket management for events, including locations, as well as online hotel room allocation, whereby duplication or transmission errors are eliminated. Changes made by participants to their travel information or conferences / side events are automatically transferred and intelligently transmitted to networked systems and processed live until check-in status is confirmed. Statistics can be accessed at any time and a qualitative evaluation of the registration process carried out.
Complex possibilities for room management allow group leaders to create room bookings, invite participants and manage remarks. A check-in and checkout module enables an overview of staff availability for exhibition stands, with a booth tour module included in the software.
The data stored in the tool, the software and state-of-the-art hardware ensure the secure and error-free production of ID cards. Structured data and a customized corporate design allow all security regulations and access rights to be ideally mapped on company ID cards.
The setup of individually required special functions, such as mailings, external data import, automatic billing and confirmation, is not only possible but can be booked in a modular manner.
